The winners will be recognized at the monthly meeting and awards presentation on Nov. 19. The nomination deadline is Sept. 30.
"We are looking for nominees that go above and beyond what is required in the areas of accomplishments and civic involvement," according to a statement from the Chamber. "These candidates are those that improved the quality of life in the community and have made Mentor truly the city of choice.
"They are the silent servers who often forego personal recognition with the interest of making a commitment to their community and others."
