Want to get an early start shopping on Black Friday?

No, I mean a really early start.

Well, Great Lakes Mall is opening at midnight this Friday and, by definition, it doesn't get any earlier.

Jesse Webb Entertainment will play music in the Macy's concourse while early risers get the first crack at holiday deals.

The mall will also have several giveaways throughout those early morning hours.

The first 100 shoppers to register at the stage in the Macy' concourse when the mall opens will receive a Midnight Swag Bag filled with samples and other offers from mall retailers.

The first 50 shoppers who register at the stage at 3 a.m. will get a canvas tote bag from The Limited.

Then, the first 100 shoppers who register at the guest services booth at 6 a.m. will receive a reusable Coca-Cola tote filled with coupons, samples and other goodies.

"We are ready to kick off the holiday shopping season," said Renee Lanzara, the director of marketing and business development for Great Lakes Mall. "Opening at midnight is exciting, and it allows our shoppers even more time to take advantage of the best sales of the year."

In typical Black Friday fashion, retailers will offer deals on popular items. This year, early holiday shoppers can score deals on items such as men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, shoes, toys, as well as bath and beauty products.
