Flood Watch Issued for Mentor

More than an inch of rain may fall by tomorrow

Mentor is under a flood watch through Tuesday morning.

The National Weather Service in Cleveland issued a flood watch for Mentor early Monday morning. A flood watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts.

The NWS reports a low pressure system will move Northeast along a nearly stationary front today and tonight. This storm system may produce rainfall of more than one inch in some places.
