Thank you for taking pics. Ps, why is our city listed as hillcrest, not mayfield. It's the hospital affiliation for a organization.

Hillcrest is a regional term and there are four communities covered by Hillcrest Patch. Even using the name Mayfield, there are Mayfield Heights and Mayfield Village, where the library is located.

Historically, Hillcrest has referred to the entire area running roughly parallel to Mayfield Road from about Lakeview Cemetery to the western border of Gates Mills. Glad to see so many Patches popping up, including in Half Moon Bay, California, where my father lives. Are there plans for a South Euclid/Lyndhurst patch?

Nothing at the moment regarding South Euclid/Lyndhurst. As for the Hillcrest boundaries, I've asked around and heard many different definitions of Hillcrest, but most do include those communities, and often Richmond Heights as well. However, using Lakeview adds in Cleveland Heights, which is normally lumped in with Shaker Heights and University Heights as the Heights rather than with Hillcrest.
