Victory Highway Hits the Stage for Free Concert Tonight at Civic Center Park

The summer concert series continues tonight with Victory Highway

The city of Mentor's summer concert series continues with a free performance by Victory Highway 7 p.m. today at the amphitheater.

Victory Highway is a five-member band that's as comfortable playing AC/DC as it is The Beatles, Journey, Gretchen Wilson or Aretha Franklin.

They comfortably mix classic rock, crossover country, disco, Motown and more.

The city's free concert series continues the next two weeks with:

  • July 26 – Logan Wells & Tim Tucker; who perform a variety show with country, blues, rock, jazz and more
  • August 2 – Shockwave; a seven-member band that jams on everything from Grand Funk Railroad to Rolling Stones to Jimmy Buffett

The concerts are all sponsored by local businesses.

Guests can bring blankets or lawn chairs and a picnic dinner to the concerts.
