Mentor Artist Wins Mixed Media Competition, On Display At Lakeland

Harry Pierson is one of the winners at Euclid Art Association's competition

Mentor artist Harry Pierson won first place in the mixed media category during the Euclid Art Association exhibition at Lakeland Community College.

Pierson's Blue Bayou topped every other artist in the category and his Poppies also garnered an honorable mention.

Pierson's work and 96 other pieces of art will be on display through Sept. 2 on the college’s main campus, 7700 Clocktower Drive, Building D, first floor. The gallery is free and open to the public.

The gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
