Great Lakes Mall Looking for Artisans for Arts & Crafts Shows

Artisans still have time to participate in Mentor mall's February craft show

Area artisans still have time to participate in the February arts and crafts show at Great Lakes Mall.

The mall is still looking for talented artisans to sell their unique and handcrafted products at a trio of craft shows this year. The soonest is  Feb. 11-13, and the deadline to apply is Tuesday.

The mall will also host craft shows May 6-8 and October 21-23.

“Great Lakes Mall has a reputation for hosting some of the area’s best events, and our annual arts and craft shows are no exception,” Great Lakes Mall Director of Marketing Renee Lanzara said in a statement.  “They provide our customers the opportunity to meet local artisans and purchase unique items.”

Artists can get more information and applications by contacting Diana Lewis at (440) 255-8932 or via email at dlewis@simon.com.  Participant fees are $160 and include skirted tables and chairs for a 10-foot-by-10-foot display space in the mall.

New artists must submit a description and color photograph of their works and display to help avoid duplicates and assist with placement.  All participants are required to have a certificate of insurance on file with the mall office prior to the event.
