Mentor Schools 2011 TAG DAY!!

Mentor Schools TAG Day is an important event that raises funds for the band programs for the three middle schools, Shore, Ridge, Memorial and Mentor High School.

This is the largest fundraiser of the year for the band program and will allow students to have properly functioning instruments, maintained uniforms and will provide them the opportunity to purchase current music.

In previous years, the Mentor High School Bands were able to go to State Competition and came home with Superior and/or Excellent ratings. This rating is extremely prestigious. The Mentor Schools Music Program would like to continue to provide this kind of quality education for our students and also to our community. There are over 15 various bands involving over 1,000 students within this district that will benefit from this IMPORTANT FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN.

Most of us have seen the Mentor Fighting Cardinal Marching Band (FCMB) perform at such community functions as the holiday parades, "Better in Mentor Days" opening ceremony and not to mention all of the football games both home and away, additionally the various concert bands that perform at the Mentor Fine arts Building.
