Video: Lake Metroparks Adds QR Codes to Parks

John Venen of Lake Metroparks shows how to use QR codes to make ones park experience better

Lake Metroparks had added QR (quick response) codes to 28 of its parks, including in Mentor.

People can find the QR codes for parks at their information kiosks. To use them, people need a smart phone with a QR code reader. (The i-nigma code reader is free to download.)

Using the reader, visitors can pull up the park's website, which will include its history, a list of its features, amenities and trail maps.
