Reader's Digest will also drop by the Western Reserve Model Railroad Museum while it's in town. The museum was already featured in the magazine's annual "Best of America" issue.

Rick Montgomery, the museum's curator and board director, said he was excited about the impending visit.

"It's amazing," he said. "It's one of the best things to happen to us."

The museum has been struggling through a . It owes $100,000 in back rent and may be evicted, Montgomery said previously.

He added that he hopes the magazine's visit draws some attention to what the museum has to offer.

"We're hoping that others see what Reader's Digest sees," he said.

Montgomery said donations have improved slightly since the museum's financial predicament was first reported.

"People are coming in and giving," he said. "We're not there yet, but at least we're headed in the right direction."
