Broadmoor Bobcats to Square Off with Area Coaches

Check out the undefeated Broadmoor Bobcats as they play a charity game against area coaches Monday at Mentor High School

The Broadmoor Bobcats basketball team will end their latest 12th undefeated season with a charity game against area coaches 7 p.m. Monday at Mentor High School.

About two dozen coaches from local high school basketball teams -- including Mentor High's Bob Krizancic and Steve Thompson, as well as Lake Catholic's Mark Chicone -- will try to keep pace with the Bobcats.

Mentor Schools Superintendent Matt Miller and Mentor High Principal William Wade are also slated to play.

Along with some great basketball, there will be mascots, music, cheerleaders and dancers and more.

The state champion Mentor boys basketball team will also be honored before the 7 p.m. tip off.

It only costs $3 to see the game and all proceeds go to the Broadmoor Bobcats.
