Maverick is an older dog who still has the energy of a puppy.
He has been staying at since June when his owner moved away and could not take him with her.
The shelter's vets guessed that Maverick was about 10 years old but he still loves to swim and go for walks.

Like all the other animals at Lake Humane Society, Maverick is neutered and up to date on his shots. It would only cost $85.75 to adopt him. That includes the $15.75 for his dog license.
