  in this annual art contest. The theme this year is Make a Splash. Conte
 stants get a 4-foot-by-five-foot section of the bike path to decorate. J
 udging will take place after the end of the contest\, and prizes will be
  awarded in four age groups. Chalk is provided\, but you are welcome to 
 bring your own.\nRegistration begins at 9:15 for this free event. The ra
