DESCRIPTION:Despite this dry weather\, one good thing persists at Mentor 
 Marsh this summer-butterflies! Join a Mentor Marsh Naturalist and guest 
 butterfly expert&nbsp\;on our Sunday hike to learn more about butterflie
 s and providing habitat for them.\nMentor Marsh Sunday hikes are offered
  every Sunday\, April-October from 2-3:30 p.m. and begin at the Mentor M
 arsh Nature Center at 5185 Corduroy Road\, Mentor.\nOn Sunday\, August 1
 9\, we will be &ldquo\;Scouting for Butterflies in the Marsh&rdquo\;. Jo
 in local butterfly enthusiast\, Mary Ann Wagner for a butterfly hike at 
 Mentor Marsh. Starting atthe Mentor Marsh Nature Center\, we will view n
 ative plantings designed to attract butterflies and other pollinators an
 d will explore the connection of providing nectar and host plants for th
 ese winged critters.Restored areas in the Marsh also provide ample necta
 r and host plants\, so we will venture out to the Wake Robin Trail&rsquo
 \;s boardwalk looking for butterflies\, too. On our way\, we will scout 
 for both butterflies and caterpillars and tagmonarchs along the way. Reg
 istered participants will receive butterfly identification materials.\nM
 entor Marsh Nature Center programs are family friendly and all are invit
 ed. Activities will be held rain or shine and will only be cancelled in 
 the event of severe weather. Reservations are requested for all programs
