The city of Mentor will host its ninth annual Little Princess Valentine's Dance from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 3 at the Mentor Senior Center.

It is a special evening for special gals and the fathers, grandfathers and uncles that love them.

However, guardians need to register for the dance soon or they won't have a ball for their belle.

The dance had its largest crowd ever last year and parents who wait too long to register may find the soiree is sold out. Additionally, tickets will not be available at the door.

Each guest will receive a gift. They can also dance to music provided by a DJ, play games, win prizes and enjoy refreshments. The men can buy a professional portrait of them and their little lady.

The dance costs $12 for those who live in Mentor and $15 for nonresidents. Both daddy and daughter must register, which can be done online or by calling 440-974-5720.
