Accident waiting to happen. Have called police many times as impatient drivers drive on the bike path because someone is turning in front of them. Hope she's ok

Thoughts and prayers go out to the victim and her family. We live on Parkwood Rd (accident was at the end of our street), it is a very busy street. We've been there over 18 years now and it gets busier and busier. We also have called police many times to complain -- everyone is in such a big hurry to get somewhere.

Good thoughts to the family and biker. Slow down, put the cell phone down and pay attention. Mentor is supposed to be bike friendly? I wouldn't dare take my children on some of those bike paths especially on Lakeshore. Some people don't care or are just so thoughtless to consider the safety of another human being. It doesn't matter who's at fault... biker, pedestrian, child, parent. A car will always break a human.
