Watch: The Music Of The Beatles At Mentor Public Library
Acoustic guitarist Rick Iacoboni kicked off the library's summer concert series Wednesday
Acoustic guitarist Rick Iacoboni kicked off the Mentor Public Library's first ever summer concert series Wednesday with the music of The Beatles.
Iacoboni didn't just play the Fab Four's music. He also offered little-known facts on how the songs were written and recorded. (For example: Did you know George Harrison wrote "Something" with Ray Charles in mind.)
The performance was free and on the Read House's lawn.
The library's four-concert series will continue throughout the summer with free rock ‘n’ roll, jazz, retro and island music performances.
