Watch: Drummers Bring The Big Beat To Mentor

More than 80 drummers gathered Sunday at Lake Catholic to raise money for Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation

About 80 drummers gathered Sunday at Lake Catholic High School to jam, maybe learn some new tricks and raise money for charity.

The Big Beat returned this year with clinics from famous drummers around region.

Most importantly, it raised money for Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation, a charity that donates musical instruments to young musicians.

During its four year run, it has already raised more than $30,000.

The event is organized locally by John Stebal, a Lake Catholic alum and owner of Stebal Drums in Willowick.
