It's official — readers selected Hooley House as the best place to hear live music in Mentor.

With 44 percent of your votes, Hooley House narrowly won the contest. Skye finished in second place with 33 percent of the vote. Livewire also received a couple of supporters.

Area bands perform nearly every Saturday at Hooley, and the restaurant highlights entertainment almost as much as it does wings and beer.
