Two Men Accused Of Marijuana Trafficking
Mentor Police said they found about a half pound of marijuana in their car
Mentor Police arrested two men who are accused of trafficking marijuana.
An officer saw Michael Gundic, 22, of Willowick, driving over marked lanes and pulled over his car Thursday afternoon, Mentor Police Lt. Tim Allen said.
The officer smelled the scent of marijuana in Gundic's car. Police searched the car and found about a half pound of marijuana in a freezer bag, Allen said.
Police arrested Gundic and his passenger Dustin Gardner, who is 21 and lives in Painesville.
Officers confiscated the marijuana and three phones, as well as $892 that Gardner had on him, Allen said.
Both Gundic and Gardner were charged with felony counts of marijuana trafficking, marijuana possession and possession of criminal tools.
The "criminal tools" in this case refer specifically to the confiscated telephones.

Legalize it and these people are off the street. There would be no need to have these losers on the street. And when people talk about pot being a "gateway drug", these guys are what they mean by that. They will most likely be glad to sell you something other than pot. Pot by itself is not a "gateway" drug. Choosing to do other drugs is a psychosis. Not brought on by the use of weed. Now out tax dollars are going to be giving these clowns three hots and a cot for a while.

So as a impartial director frank can degrade the people charged not yet guilty parties as long as we don't insult other people commenting specifically
