For the second straight year, Mentor High School students let their feet do the talking.

Dozens of students danced all afternoon and evening Friday -- taking only a short break for a Cardinals basketball game -- to raise money and awareness for those who have autism.

Tommy Kozlovich started the Shout Dance-A-Thon last year as a junior.

He said he got the idea from a similar dance-a-thon in Eastlake.

The cause is important to Kozlovich in part because he has an older brother who has autism.

Students paid $20 for the opportunity to all evening.

The money that was raised will go to the Deepwood Foundation, which has been providing assistance to Lake County children and adults with developmental disabilities since 1996.
