Mentor Police are trying to identify a woman who used a stolen credit card to buy more than $100 in cigarettes from the Discount Tobacco & Beverage.
She has a tattoo on her right calf. She was seen getting into the passenger side of a white 2000-2003 Nissan Maxima with a moonroof.
