Mentor Releases School Calendar for Next Two Years
Mentor Public Schools has released its calendar for 2013-14 and 2014-15.

Mentor Public Schools administrators have decided to set the calendar for two school years in advance.
The decision was made to help parents and guardians with planning needs.
According to the district's website, the scheduling committee had two goals for the new schedules.
First, students and staff will have more instructional days before testing occurs, including the OAAs, OGTs and End of Course Exams.
Second, the end of the first semester falls before winter break, so there will no longer be a large gap before students come back to school to take mid-term or final exams.
