Mentor Man Pleads Guilty To 10th Drunken Driving Charge
Larry Turner is scheduled to be sentenced March 11
A Mentor man who already had nine convictions for operating a vehicle while intoxicated admitted to his tenth count Monday in Lake County Court of Common Pleas.
Larry Turner, 49, was arrested in August by the Ohio State Highway Patrol in Painesville. According to The News-Herald, his blood-alcohol content was .18 at the time -- more than twice the legal limit.
Judge Vincent Culotta will sentence Turner on March 11.
Because of his previous convictions, Turner faces up to eight years in prison.
