"We decided to get involved because we really wanted to do something that helped our community and gives girls a chance to go to prom and have the night of their dreams," they wrote in an email.

The dresses they collect will be given to the Cleveland chapter of the charity, which is called My Fairy God Mother, who will in turn provide a student with a complete prom outfit.

If somebody doesn't have a dress, they can still donate. Shoes, purses and jewelry will also be collected at the drive and will make many girls' dreams come true.

"Please come help girls have their very own fairy tale ending and donate a dress on April 2," they wrote.
