Dominick Krisha sentenced to 75 days in Lake County Jail, drug treatment
A Mentor-on-the-Lake man convicted of selling marijuana and having heroin was sentenced Monday in Lake County Court of Common Pleas.
Judge Richard Collins Jr. sentenced Krisha, 20, to 75 days in Lake County Jail. This is in additional to the 122 days he already spent in jail after he was arrested in September.
Furthermore, Krisha was ordered to participate in the jail's drug treatment program. After he is released from jail, he will go to NEOCAP -- a regional drug treatment program.
As part of his punishment, Krisha also forfeit the $1,216 police found on him when he was arrested.
Krisha was arrested when police searched his room at Studio 6. They found three bags of marijuana, a bag each of heroin and cocaine, a digital scale and money in the room, Mentor Police Lt. Tom Powers said at the tim.
On Jan. 3, Krisha pleaded guilty to marijuana trafficking and heroin possession.

75 days? That's it? No wonder all of these dealers that are caught go right back to selling when they get out. 75 days in jail is really nothing but a 'vacation' for these people. He'll be back out selling before springtime arrives. Needs to be taken off the street for longer!
