Best Place to Eat Breakfast: This Week's Readers' Choice

Your nominations wanted: Where do you like to go out to breakfast?

If you're going out to breakfast, you want to make the right choice. After all, it's the most important meal of the day.

You want a fluffy pancake, not a flat one. You want coffee immediately and plenty of it. You want your bacon cooked just right. And, of course, you want friendly service.

Beginning today -- Monday, March 26 and through 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 28 -- we'll be asking for your recommendations of the best places to take the family out to eat.

Give us your recommendation in the comments section below. With your help, we'll put together a list of nominees. Then look for our poll on Thursday, March 29 and vote! We'll select a winner at 5 p.m. March 30 and announce it in a story on Saturday, March 31.

In judging, we'll consider comments, poll votes and reviews in Patch Places, our complete directory of local businesses. Be sure to check out our contest rules in the PDF at right.

Our favorite is Yours Truly. They have a great atmosphere, friendly service, and something for everyone. We always take out of town guests there. I haven't tried Manhattan Deli for breakfast, but hadn't thought of it as a breakfast place. Sounds like it's worth a try.
