18-Year-Old Man Caught Cheating on Urine Test in Mentor

On March 15, Jody Blevins II, of South Euclid, went to the Mentor Probation Department to provide a mandatory drug screen sample, according to the Mentor Police Department's Facebook page.
Blevins, 18, tried to provide a urine sample other than his own and was caught by the probation officer, the Facebook page reported.
When asked about the fake sample, Blevins assaulted the court officer and attemped to hide the container full of clean urine.
Officers charged Blevins with assault and a felony charge of tampering with evidence, the Facebook page reported.
