Sign up by July 15 for the third annual Matt Henk Foundation Benefit Softball Tournament, which will be held July 22-24 at the Mentor High School softball fields.

There will be a $500 prize for the top team, concessions and entertainment, including inflatables for the kids, a 50/50 raffle, a concert Saturday and a special appearance by former Major League Baseball player Jose Canseco.

All proceeds benefit the Matt Henk Foundation. Henk was a firefighter and paramedic for the Mentor Fire Department who died in 2009 of colon cancer.
