Help Mentor Family Find Their Lost Dog

I'm a Mentor resident and am frantically searching for our missing chocolate lab mix named Jax.

He's 7 years old and about 45 pounds. He's not wearing a collar and, although he's friendly, he probably will not come to you.

Jax is on medication for seizures and he's now missed eight doses of it.

He got loose on Friday over near the Marsh and we believe he is still in the north Mentor area, possibly closer to Andrews at this point.

Could anyone with information please call 440-479-7219?

I really appreciate any help you can give me - we miss Jax!

I just wanted to give you some hope. We lost our dog two weeks ago. After posing hundreds of signs on every corner, looking in berea for countless hours we finally found her exactly 7 days later! Keep positive prayers and I will repost this for you. Make your dog a Facebook page! This gets the word out fast!!

Did you call the dog warden? He maybe there if he doesn't have a collar on. Leave a message on the machine, or go up there in the morning. Kennels are open at 9 I believe. Good luck, prayers for a safe return are sent.He reminds me of my Choc. Lab Gauge.. So sad to know he is missing. Big hugs to you and your family.
